Zyex violin strings are made from a new generation of synthetic material that is designed to remain stable in drastic climatic conditions. Zyex settles in within a matter of hours and produces a warmer sound than other synthetic strings. They are an excellent choice for use on bright sounding instruments.

This A string (DZ312) has medium tension, a tinned high carbon steel core (Zyex) with Aluminum winding and is scaled to fit 4/4 size violin with a playing length of 13 inches (328mm).
