Etude Maestro Cellos

From the workshop of Xuechang Sun, Beijing, China.

Mr. Sun specializes in cello and bass making. In 1987 he won a gold medal for craftsmanship and a silver medal for tone in cello making at the National Violin Making Competition in China. He established his workshop in 1995.

Etude Maestro model:

An excellent cello for beginners. Available for rent or sale in most sizes. Slightly flamed maple and well seasoned spruce. Chinese oil varnish finished. Like all of our instruments, these cellos are set up by professional luthiers in our workshop with Wittner Ultra tailpieces, Larsen and Jarger strings, and Aubert bridges. Our high standard of setup both enhances the sound of our cellos and ensures ease of playability.
